Effective Secretary

This program is a form of answers to the many problems among the secretaries in terms of work priorities. In general, this program aims to establish a secretary who is able and responsive in completing all tasks without leaving the soul of "service excellence", except that in this program also equip the participants with some additional material such as "Effective Telephone Skills & Personality"

This program is designed to develop and equip secretaries in order to face those challenges.
