The program will provide insight into various aspects of the job and support these with practical applications, examples and case studies.

Brief of Description:
Negotiation skills are the most important skills needed by negotiators – in any kind of profession i.e., salespeople, banker, marketer, PR practitioner etc – to reach the goal. These skills include separating between negotiation process from its content, to prepare the flexible negotiation process according reaction from other parties, to communicate during the negotiation process, to apply the influence tactics, and to gain commitment / concession.
