Microsoft Office 2003 For Secretary

Brief of Description:

This course is intended to optimize secretary daily task and raise PRODUCTIVITY. In general, this comprehensive course is an IT skill package that teaches the participants about how to effectively use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2003 to enhance their capability in performing secretarial duties. The focus of this course serves the purpose to upgrade participant's IT skill so they can use many essential secretarial related features in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Participants will also go through practice files designed specifically for their working field.

* Creating and Running Presentations using PowerPoint.
* Sending and Receiving E-mails using Outlook
* Managing E-mails using Outlook
