Excellent Project Leader Combined with MS Project 2003

Brief of Description:

This program is combination of soft skill and IT skill using MS Project 2003. With IT tools, participant will learn to manage project efficiently, effectively and optimally in planning process, managing and tracking budget, managing and tracking resources and controlling project.

Participant will also learn to develop interpersonal skill as a project leader and build effective reward and punishment system for team member.



Training Objectives

Upon successful completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

· Maintain high motivation, even in “under pressure” condition.

· Build a strong team; minimize supervision and effective reward and punishment system.

· Be a leader in a self-supporting team.

· Identify and controlling the barrier.

· Monitor the project’s operational processes (using MS Project 2003).

· Planning, managing and controlling project activities (using MS Project 2003).
